LIFE IS A CHALLENGE

I wish I could be as consistent as my husband, but I guess the emotional part of being a woman causes more up and downs than occur with him. Anyways, I'm better today than yesterday. When I realize that we're looking at the reality of living in a faith-based ministry, I am reminded that even though God anointed David King of Israel, David had no easy journey getting there! I remember how many Psalms are filled with David crying out to God, in fear, despair, frustration, lacking faith, but knowing that God would restore him. And he was hunted down by Saul trying to take his life, he fell into the temptation and sin of adultery, and even commanded the 'battle planned' death of Uriah. So, I'm not going to be so hard on myself for feeling human. My main prayer is that we will trust in the Lord with our whole hearts, regardless of what each day holds. Thanks for standing with us in prayer.
