…and HE can do what no other power can do…
Not once, not twice, but 5 times! 5 times! Not in a year, not in 6 months, but in the first 5 months of this new year--this new millenium!
Reason said impossible, physicians said improbable, emotions cried unlikely. But God is a God of the seemingly impossible. And HE can do what no other power can do.
One has to choose how to react and to respond to such news. Either one disciplines their mind to think the best for and with each other, or the flesh will dictate the emotions to feel envy, jealousy, and strife. Each person must decide, make their own choice, and then work through the human response--which is typically not the appropriate spiritual response.
We were thrilled to share that Mike & Diane found out that they were "impossibly" pregnant, the same week that they were matched with birthmother Janice.
We were equally delighted to join in prayerful expectation for Chad & Crystal as they underwent their in vitro procedure, and now we can rejoice at the answered prayers for a baby--but more than that, we are abundantly blessed to find out about 2 babies (twins) that will be born by year's end.
We were tickled to learn about the unexpected and unplanned pregnancy of Bill & Janice, another baby to be born by the end of this millenium year!
And we are continuing in prayer for Rob & Beth's pregnancy, as they have leaped over walls of challenges and we give God the praise and glory for their unborn twins!
Now, we are super abundantly blessed to announce the newest "it cannot be true, it is not possible" pregnancy amongst our Christian Adoption family, Gary & Carron!
Not once, not twice, not three times, not four times, but five times in the past five months, God has blessed us within our Christian Adoption family, as only He can do--the creator of life. What a witness to the power of prayer! What a God that we love and serve!
God is soooo gooooddd allllll of the time--even if we don't think or know HE is--HE IS!
All of these brothers and sisters in Christ, lovingly implore you to remember them and their unborn babies in prayer. All of them are deeply grateful and thankful for the love that you, the Christian Adoption family, have already demonstrated towards them. All of them are excited beyond words and each of them have their own "impossible" story to tell and share. God in His mercy and grace is answering their prayers for a baby in this fashion.
We've never promised that a couple's baby would come through adoption or from this ministry. But then again, we know that indirectly any child that is placed into the loving arms of a Christian couple associated with Christian Adoption did come from this ministry.
Arrogant? NO!
The indisputable, undeniable, incomprehensible power of PRAYER. A simple 6-letter word that has brought the impossible to pass over and over again. Are these the only couples associated with Christian Adoption that have become pregnant and successfully delivered children? No, there have been others before this year, others from the year before, and a few couples in the first year of this ministry. AND this year is not over yet!
Your prayers for each other as a family, your prayers for yourselves, and our prayers for you are the underlying reason for these fantastic pregnancies. God gets all the glory, but we are all collectively the laborers!
Thank you Christian Adoption family for having the love, the desire, the commitment to obey God's Word and to walk in love--one towards another. Thank you for caring, sharing, and loving. Thank you for joining with us over and over again in prayer and expectation for God's answer, in His timing, with His hand of blessing. Thank you for anticipating His best, His "champagne" and praying with us for you to receive it.
