What will it be like to have you here to run my fingers through you hair?
To whisper words of love and praise to see the things you learned today.
I'll look into your eyes so bright and kiss your face all through the night.
I'll thank my God that you are here, hold you close and shed a tear.
The morning sun I long to see to see you smiling back at me.
Although I haven't seen your face I know that soon we will embrace.
I prayed that God would send you to me and waiting now for you
to be safely nestled in my arms.
God will deliver
I BELIEVE!
This tender poem was written shortly before this CA couple "matched" with their birthmom. Their son Noah was born a few months later. God is faithful--we should believe!
