LITTLE FOXES THAT SPOIL THE VINES
by W. Barry Miller
Little Foxes that Spoil the Vines is an excellent allegorical book that challenges the mind of the Christian reader. The behavior of foxes as known in Biblical/Middle Eastern times is interesting and comparable to our thought life. The same foxes that steal tender grapes from the fruitful vine, allegorically try to steal God's blessings from His people. This book is thought provoking and insightful. A good read and an interesting read for the hungry Christian. " many of us have never put out our hand and 'touched the face of God.' We're landlocked, earthbound, timid, and afraid. We buy our talents instead of investing them. We save our lives and end up losing them." This yellow fox of cowardice must be hunted down and eliminated from the Christian mind, as well as the red, black, blue and green foxes that steal from our lives. This is a super book and a great read for children that appreciate allegories--more often than adults.
