The Rain

Many prayers and many tears,

Several trials the past few years,

God’s faithful hand,

seen through it all,

We prepared for rain

and now the rain doth fall.

Our precious miracle is finally here,

God’s plan for us is now so clear,

Our joy is complete,

we have our son,

A new chapter in life has just begun.

Thank you God for your master plan,

For it is now that we can understand,

The storms we faced were not in vain,

For with these, came the beautiful rain.

For this child I prayed, and the Lord has given me my petition which I asked of Him. 1 Samuel 1:27
