MAUREEN: A LETTER TO HER BIRTHMOM
Dear Angie,
Thank you.
Thank you somehow just isn't adequate. It isn't enough to express the gratitude I feel towards you. Words are just not enough to tell you how much I appreciate you. For entrusting your child to my care. Because of your sacrifice of love and your gift of life I am fulfilled. That empty place in my heart is gone. The part of me that would not allow me to bare a child in my own body--you have freely given to me. No words can fully tell you how I feel. Because of you I will feel the joy of hearing "Mommy"! I will know the joy of pouring out my love and my heart upon this little soul.
Always know that I will cover you in prayer. That I will cover you in love all the days of my life. I thank God for you. I thank God for this baby. I will never forget you. This child will always know who you are.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart and from the the depths of my soul.
