Dear Deborah,

We have exciting news to share with you!

You know that Ruth, our 1 year old daughter, was born with a nasty virus which affected her hearing. She failed her hearing test in the hospital at birth, then a
couple months later she was given a 2 hour hearing test while she slept in my arms, which resulted in a bad report. They recorded in her medical records that she was profoundly impaired in the left ear and moderately impaired in the right ear. Our tiny baby Ruth was fitted with hearing aids.

Many different people were praying for her healing, according to God's promises.

On the last Sunday in July, we attended a nearby camp meeting. At the end of the service, the evangelist invited those who needed spiritual healing to go forward. Then he invited those who needed physical healing.

I went forward to pray for others, but then suddenly sensed the need to bring Ruth to be anointed. I obeyed and many prayed fervently for her deliverance. Since that time, instead of making noises, Ruth makes sounds and is beginning to say words! She is jabbering and cooing just like other babies!

We're thrilled with her healing progress. She's been our miracle baby and we thank God for each milestone she reaches.

Our trust in the Lord has brought us so much joy, peace, and healing to our family.

We exalt and glorify our great God!
