Dear Birthmother/Birth Parents,

We are Dan, Kristin and Allison and we live in Pennsylvania.

We respect your decision to choose life for your child and to choose adoption. We are honored to consider your thoughts, cares and concerns. We come alongside you to offer ourselves as parents to raise and love your child. We hope you know God’s peace as we pray for you.

We met each other while working out of the same office in 2001. We discovered that we shared many common interests: both graduated with English degrees, have a love for reading and writing, enjoy biking/hiking, picnics, travel, worshipping in church, and going to concerts/plays together. We both knew without question that we were meant to be together. We made a lifetime commitment of marriage to one another in 2002. As we entered marriage, we dreamed of building our lives together, finding our first home, having a baby, and becoming a family. However, we had to face the sadness of infertility and many broken dreams. In God's perfect timing, He healed our hearts and led us to adoption.

We relied upon His strength and God heard our prayers! We were chosen by a birthmother to be present at the birth of Allison Grace, in the summer of 2005! Our lives have been changed in so many beautiful ways with the gift of Allison. We are amazed by our depth of love for one another!

Dan works for an insurance company and although he’s been honored many times, he’s most proud of being a husband and father. Dan is a stable provider and loves coming home to his girls at the end of the day! I was thrilled to transition from my career to become a full time stay-at-home mom. It is a joy to raise, love, nurture and devote our lives to our daughter. Our hearts are ready to adopt another child and to share our overflowing love.

We live in a cozy home in a lovely development that’s filled with many growing families. We enjoy living amongst rural farmlands and our family walks regularly in our secure neighborhood. We’ve made many wonderful friends since we moved here and our yard has become the “favorite” place to be with kids playing on our swing set! Our community offers a new playground, a clean picnic area and a well respected school system.

We enjoy days at the park, family shopping trips, play dates with neighborhood friends, church activities, local fairs/festivals and an occasional road trip. We cherish our time with family and friends during the holidays or taking vacations together. Dan’s parents (Pawpaw and Grandma) live in Florida and we visit as often as possible. We spend a lot of time with Kristin’s parents (Grandpop and Nana) who live locally. Fun get-togethers, movies, and church activities keep our days and weekends hopping! However, our favorite place to be together is at home where Morgan enjoys a good cuddle too!

We believe we are the family God meant us to be and that He is in all the details of  our lives. He brought us together and we know His plans are for our good! As children of God, we firmly believe that with God all things are possible. With great hope we wait upon His answers to our prayers. Thank you for considering us. We are tremendously blessed to be a family!
