Dear Birth Parent,

We are Robert and Cammie of Texas!

We commend you for giving your child life! It is admirable that you are seeking a Christian couple to raise your child. We hope to provide you with an idea of who we are, by sharing our lifestyle and our Christian beliefs. 

We’ve been married for over 7 years. Our marriage has been put to the ultimate test. We lived in a small travel trailer while building our home. It took several years, because we did a lot of the physical labor ourselves. We've just recently moved into our new home with our marriage certificate intact! My battle with endometriosis has kept us from having children. After 7 years of trying everything except in-vitro to conceive, we’ve come to trust in God to grow our family in another way. After much prayer, we decided to look into adoption and God led us to Christian Adoption.

Robert and I both work outside of our home. Rob works at a power plant, which is located about 15 minutes from our home.  He’s been with the company for over 20 years; he started young and has stayed with the job. I'm a certified special education  teacher. I’ve been in the public school system, teaching elementary school children for 14 years, in a nearby community. We are both hard workers and are committed to a strong work ethic. Our incomes allow us to enjoy a comfortable lifestyle. However, with some minor adjustments, we’ll be able to live comfortably when I become a full-time stay at home mother.

Our church home is called Grace, which sums up our beliefs. We believe in God’s grace for salvation, and not in the works of man. We believe that when we die we will be with Christ Jesus for eternity based upon our simple believing in Him, not because of what we’ve done on earth.

For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith-and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God-not by works, so that no one can boast. Ephesians 2:8-9

Our home is located on 36 wooded acres. We raise hilarious goats, two well-loved dogs, visit our neighbors (Rob’s family) on our four wheeler, play chess, watch movies, and many other ordinary but fun activities. Although we are blessed and thankful for what we have and with each other, it is our prayer to become parents. We would love to join the ranks of parenthood with all its joys and challenges. 

We understand that you're faced with the task of choosing a couple to love and raise your child. We are praying for God to direct you. We are confident that any couple you choose within Christian Adoption will lavish your child with love. Your baby will be cherished and blessed!
