What a loving choice you are making for your child’s future! We can’t imagine the emotions or the challenges you face, but we are praying for God’s peace to comfort and to guide you.

Erin: I have always wanted to adopt a child. I believe that adoption is a way of giving a child the option of life! I also believe that my purpose is to become a dedicated mother and loving wife. We are unable to have children, so my childhood dream to adopt is now our reality. I’ve worked as a nanny for over 15 years, and love every minute of it! To help a child understand, to encourage their character development, and to teach them knowledge, is my passion. I look forward to being a stay at home mother. I enjoy gardening, working around our house and property, exercising, and yoga. Entertaining friends and family at our large Christmas Eve party is a traditional event!

About Erin (by Mike): Erin is a remarkable woman and a wonderful wife. She’s caring, giving, and amazing with children. I call her the "baby whisperer"! If a mother is frazzled or at her wits end with her child, Erin is able to step in and bring calm to the situation. Erin brings peace to others and into our marriage. We’ve been through a lot of heartache, but Erin has remained strong and her trust in God is unshakable.

Mike: I have been a union crane operator for the same company for over 10 years. I excel at my job, but my real love is outdoors. I like to be outside as much as possible. I enjoy fishing, hunting, working around the house and yard, snow mobiling and dirt biking. I'm definitely "Mr. Fix-It" and nothing intimidates me! Our families live close by and we spent a lot of time together. Our nieces and nephews have found a special place in my heart!

About Mike (by Erin): Mike is a devoted, loving, caring and supportive husband. He is trustworthy and dependable. His family and friends always and unconditionally come first. He will do anything for anyone at a moment’s notice. When we have our niece and nephew over for movie night, we make popcorn and treats for them. The kids begin cuddling with me, but by the end of the night, they’re inevitably snuggled up to Uncle Mike! His facial expression reveals deep love and contentment. Mike will be the world’s greatest dad!

Our lives: We have a simple and happy life in rural Ohio. We built our dream house on 5 acres with tons of trees, a large yard for kids to run and play in, and a lovely fishing pond. Looking out our windows to see deer and other small woodland animals is a slice of heaven. Our house is a home that welcomes family and friends. Our parents and grandparents live near-by and anticipate doting on our future child. Both of us have siblings with children that will provide wonderful playmates.

A child will enrich and complete our family. We have so much love to give and we trust God to answer our prayers. Thank you for reading about us and we pray you will consider us to parent your child. We would love to talk with you!
