Originally copyrighted in 1901, An Iron Will, was ahead of its time. But was it? Like the forefathers of our great nation, Mr. Marden reminds the reader that greatness is achieved through man's trust in our benevolent God and to obey His guidance. Refreshingly inspirational and encouraging, Mr. Marden challenges the reader to remain convicted and steadfast in righteousness and its application. He jam-packs his 49-page booklet full of anecdotes, vignettes, historical recollections and his quips pique the reader's interest to investigate the lives of great men throughout history. "There are three kinds of people in the world," says a recent writer, "the wills, the won'ts, and the can'ts. The first accomplish everything; the second oppose everything; the third fail in everything." (p.10) This booklet reminds us that as parents we need to teach our children how to become men and women of character and integrity.
