We are Larry and Cortissa from Minnesota.

We’re so excited that God has led you and your beautiful baby to us! We applaud your courage and selflessness to choose life for your child. You are a blessing and a gift to us.

My parents have been married for over 47 years! Although they didn't plan to have children when I was conceived, they did choose life for me! With God's help and by His grace, I am a happily married mother.

Larry and I met at church in 1999 while volunteering in the teen and children’s ministry. We were married in 2000 and have always seen adoption as a part of our lives. We believe strongly in the gift of adoption. 

We are so thankful to have each other and we make sure we nurture our relationship. We invest time, energy and effort into keeping our family bonds strong and healthy. We also keep our priorities in the proper order: God, our marriage, our children, our family and our friends. We believe the best gift you can give a child is a strong marriage, which provides them with a sense of safety, security and freedom.

Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind; and Love your neighbor as yourself. Luke 10:27

Larry- is a wonderful husband, father and provider. He’s affectionate, wise, funny, thoughtful, and a man of integrity. He loves spending time with us, and he makes time to talk, hug or bring laughter into our family. As a father, he loves, leads, and seeks God’s guidance to help our 2 daughters. He is also the Spiritual and Physical head of our home. He is absolutely hilarious and keeps us all laughing, so we never take ourselves too seriously.

Cortissa- is a smart, beautiful, fun and keeps our family on track. She’s also my partner and best friend. She is a hardworking stay at home mom who home educates our daughters. Cortissa is tireless in her efforts to teach and to plan lots of experiences for their development. Zoe (7) and Brinley (5) attend plays, classes, nature hikes, museums and have lots of play dates. Their lives are full and fun—it makes me want to be a kid again! Cortissa enjoys scrapbooking, reading, shopping, the arts, the outdoors and exercising. She has a passion for life and the Lord. It’s hard to define my wife with words; Cortissa is God’s greatest blessing to me.

Zoe is what her name means, life! She’s bright, a natural encourager, very affectionate and has boundless energy. She has natural ability in dance and drama. Brinley is outgoing, energetic and loves to make others laugh. She, along with her father, are our resident comedians! Brinley is also a gifted dancer. Both girls are excited to add another member to our family!

As a family we have fun playing board games, reading, watching movies, biking, boating, building bonfires and exploring God’s beautiful creation. We believe in a well balanced life, healthy food, exercise, continued learning and community support. We volunteer our time and give financially to people and ministries world wide. 

We believe that relationships are the most important part of life. We remain thankful and peaceful through life’s ups and downs because of our relationship with Jesus Christ. 

Our family verse-

For I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord, plans to prosper and not to harm you, plans to bring you hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:11

We are eager to love, nurture and care for your baby as our own. We will raise our children in the knowledge, mercy, and grace of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Each child has it’s own unique talents and abilities, which we will encourage and support.

Train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old he will not depart from it. Proverbs 22:6
