SMALL PORTIONS
When first conceived
in mother's womb,
tiny speck
of human life
multiplies…
and then again…
already destined to be grand.
Throughout each
embryonic stage,
God's hand guides
the tiny mass,
more than flesh…
more than blood…
for to this life He gives His soul.
Each person, then,
that we should meet
deserves the best
that we can give,
for in each human life
we touch…
we find small portions of the Lord.
