Dear Deborah,
Ericka's story is my story!
The exact same things happened to me (4 artificial inseminations, 4 surgeries, and a hysterectomy at 32). I didn't think I could make it anymore, I wanted to die because I was so sad. However, God was delivering me and was about to bring Connor into our lives. I didn't know it yet, but His way was way better than mine; it just took some very hard work for me to get there.
I cannot even imagine Connor not being in our lives. I can't imagine having a biological child. Where would we be without our Connor? What if we had conceived? We'd never have known our precious son, who is a gift from God!
God is so much bigger than me and my ideas. My mind cannot wrap around what He had to do to make this happen.
I know that God can create life even if it's in someone else's womb, in order for me and others like me to become mothers.
He is the God I serve!
He will forever be the creator!
